Catherine Moyse - Principal Solicitor
I specialise in Wills, Power’s of Attorney and Advance Care Directives, Probate as well as providing advice on retirement village contracts.
Following the death of both of my parents and after working in the area for a number of years, I recognised the need for a personalised and caring approach toward this often difficult subject. This lead to establishing my own practice.
I studied law as a mature age student, and graduated with Honours in 2006. While studying, I was the CPD Co-ordinator at the Law Society, and then spent two years as a Judges Associate at the District Court of South Australia.
I have a 12 year old son Angas and have been involved in Calisthenics from a very young age and have been an Assistant Coach for South Australian State and National Teams. I was fortunate to represent Australia as a member of the Australian Drill Team in International competitions in the USA and Japan and was also a member of the team that toured with the Band of the South Australian Police performing at the Royal Tournament in London and the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
